Requirements
– Minimum 03 years experience in same field.
– Good negotiation ,communication, organization and customer service skills.
– Fluent English (written &spoken).
– Strong basic computer skills.
– Excellent knowledge of use B2B hotel booking systems.
– Knowledge of different outbound destination is a must.
Duties
– Handle customers’ requests and inquiries via phone or emails.
– Determine clients’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
– Prepare quotations.
– Sell ready packages.
– Handle travel arrangements including accommodation, transportation, tours and activities outside Egypt.
– Provide travelers with travel information and documentations such as confirmation ,amendment itineraries and vouchers.
