An Advertising Agency is hiring a Client Service Representative:
Work conditions:
– 8 working hours
– 2 days off

: Job Description
– Maintaining and growing relationships with our current clients.
– Working directly with clients to successfully manage their needs and preferences
– Obtain and process all client information and transactions.
– Handle customer complaints and work to find solutions.
– Compile and update necessary documents and contracts, etc.
– Support the sales team for achieving their target.
– Attend some client meetings.
– Prepare proposals and collect data and quotations from different sources.
– Being the intermediate between our clients and suppliers.
– Follow up the agreements conditions and give feedback to our customers on regular bases.
Job requirements:
– Bachelor Degree
– 2 to 5 years experience.
– Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.
– Excellent command of English.
– Strong Organizational skills.
– Previous experience in customer relationship Management CRM and a contact center.
