Customer Service by phone needed for IRG-Egypt International restaurants group Location: Cairo 2005 Nile City Towers Corniche El Nil Job Description: – Answer telephone calls and emails and record orders with 100% accuracy – Responsible for assisting all customers with order entries and any inquiries regarding the company. – responsible for keeping all customers satisfied and happy with the company as their distributor and to accommodate them as best possible.
– Solves customer problems . – Communicates and interactions with customers and co-workers professionally including questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. – Functions as a team member within the department and organization as required and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Working Conditions : – Working Hours: 9 hours include 1 hour break – Readiness to work in shifts rotation (3 shifts) last shift End at 12Am – 1 day off – 2500 Salary.
