Office Admin needed : Job Description •Answering and appropriately handling inbound phone calls and correspondence. • Receiving and directing visitors and clients. • Performing general clerical duties including photocopying database maintenance and mailing. • Handling requests for information and data. • Resolving administrative problems and inquiries. • Preparing written responses to routine inquiries. • Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence reports drafts memos and emails.

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors. • Planning events meetings gathering etc • Preparing agendas schedules. • Coordinating and maintaining records for staff telephones etc. • Additional duties as assigned. Requirements: • Education : Bachelor degree • Experience : from 2 to 3 years of experience • Has a strong Excel • Excellent in communication skills. • Presentable . • Gender: female • Location:Salah Salem cairo .
