Urgently required for well known company ” Office Manager & Admin ” Job role: Organizing meetings & managing databases Booking transport & accommodation Organizing company events or conferences Ordering stationery & furniture dealing with correspondence complaints & queries Preparing letters presentations & reports Supervising & monitoring the work of administrative staff Managing office budgets Liaising with staff suppliers

& clients Implementing & maintaining procedures/office administrative systems Using a range of software packages Attending meetings with senior management Job Requirements : Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative assistant Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities systems & procedures Proficiency in MS Office . Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task & prioritize work Attention to detail & problem-solving skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong organizational & planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
