Altibbi is looking for a Social Media Moderator (Shift based job). RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for answering questions and providing information for social media inquiries via social channels and social dedicated twitter handle. Ability to provide outstanding customer service Enthusiasm to continuously learn about online medical services product lines. Utilize social listening tools like Hootsuite to generate insights. Work with Altibbi Customer Satisfaction team as well as other internal teams to ensure the social media responses stay consistent with our product marketing service and brand strategies. Excellent engagement aimed at exceeding customer demands and expectations. Connecting with our audience customers and Consultants on a deeply personal and emotional level to build relationships and trust. Build the knowledge base of FAQs and answers according to the brand essence and tone of voice. Ability to explore creative ways to successfully drive customer engagement which will lead to improved customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Experience: 1-2 years experience in customer service or Moderation. High-level knowledge with social platforms including etiquette design functionality and users. Computer navigation and typing proficiency. Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills. Excellent Written Arabic is a must.
