IT Support Engineer is required – Support tickets coordination and follow up – Log support tickets and track status with different team members – Support customers and company engineers by providing troubleshooting/knowledge transfer – Assist clients with installation configuration upgrade and resolving issues remotely for company software solutions – Contribution to software documentation – Have basic knowledge in Domain Hosting package
