About Job:
Branch Service Manager
Contribute to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs.
Ensure all customers vehicles are completed for delivery at the time promised
Maintain minimum number of vehicle carryovers
• Maintain minimum number of repeat repairs.
Contribute to efficient service operations by reducing the causes of and the time taken for Job Stoppages
Ensure accurate recording of hours available and hours worked
Ensure continued dealership profitability through correct loading of the service shop, based on facility and manpower capacities
About You :
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor Degree/Diploma with a relevant background
Minimum Experience: 1-3 years in Automotive section
Job-Specific Skills:
Good time management ability
Good people management skill
Good understanding of automotive repair procedures
Proficient with computer programs (MS Office, Windows and etc…)
English language
Behavioural Competencies :
Good communication skills.
Analytical skills
Ability to accept additional tasks, duties
