leading Trading company for commercial Agencies Specialized in printing, packaging and corrugated cardboard located in Haram, Giza seeks to hire CEO Executive assistant
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree at least.
Experience Needed more than 2 Years.
Female only
Fluency in Arabic and English language – Third language is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Preferably residents of Haram or Giza.
Salary Negotiable, Competitive bonus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls
Coordinate CEO’s travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodation, rental car and other travel needs.
Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of CEO.
Answer telephones and handle in Appropriate manner.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning and translation.
