Position Description:
Holdinn.com is a growing online hotels booking. It is a new convenient hotels/properties booking service, looking for people to support the business in the business in the fast growing hotels market. To join our company pleasant motivated work culture. The customer care rep handle customer’s services related tasks.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
The customer care representative will act as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations handling a variety of inquiries. This is a full time position in scheduled shifts. The major areas of responsibility include:
Cooperate with the guest and accommodations: modification of reservations, handling special requests and complaints by the system.
Delivering high level of customer care
Actively participate in various projects within the development
Promote the holdinn.com culture within the colleagues
Manage relationships with hotels by providing high level of customer carte and account management support.
Act as main point of contact with hotels verifying guest information as needed.
Answer any incoming questions from customers (system, reservations, etc.)
Manage customer complaints regarding overbooking and hotel amenities/services in a professional manner resolving the problem through the most effective means possible.
