Job Title “Branch Manager”
Work Location “Helwan, Helioples, Ain Shams, El Mohandseen, Nasr City, Shoubra, Damnhour, Kafr El Shikh, Ismailia, Zagazig, Shebin El Qnater, Mansoura, Meet Ghamr, Louxr, Nagaa Hamady, El Fayoum and Suez Branch”
Working hours “8 hours per 6 Days per week”

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Results driven and customer focused
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Experience in the field of not less than 2 years (Chemist or Branch Manager)
• Very Good in English
• Very Good Communication skills
Graduate from any of the below:
Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery
Master degree of clinical pathology
Bachelor of Vet and Master Degree
Bachelor of science and PH. D
Main Duties:
• Direct all operational aspects including operations, customer service, administration and sales
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Meet goals and metrics
• provide training, coaching, development and motivation to the team.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
