Female Commercial Assistant (supply chain)

Job Descriptions:
Required commercial assistant for import & export company located in Obour city.
as assistant to commercial director in every tasks related to commercial and logistics
1- Arrange with the supplier outside Egypt in order to get the weight and dimension for shipment which we are going to import
2- Contact with the freight forwarder in order to get offer rate for the shipment & start the booking for the shipment.
3- Start arranging the shipping docs with the supplier & follow to be sent to our warehouse.
Track the cargo till it delivers to Egypt.
4- Arrange with the customs clearance agent in order to start custom-clearing the cargo & follow until the cargo delivers to the client in Egypt.

Skills:-
1- Very good English.
2- Hard worker, fast learner
3- Experience 1-2 year
4- Very good Microsoft office
5- Lives near company location is a must. ( Obour city).
6- salary : 2500 .
