تفاصيل الوظيفه:
Technical support representatives needed for new promising call center account
– 9 Hours shift with 45 Min break , shift patterns will be 2 shifts first shift start at 4PM to 12 AM second shift from 7 PM to 4 AM
-Net Salary 2500EGP
– 6 Hours part time shift available (salary will be decided after interview)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
-fluent English speakers
-Good Knowledge of Networks
-Flexibility
-Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, MS Office Suite applications and information technology
systems in general.
-Knowledge of the principles that promote effective quality control.
-Ability to provide technical and instructional assistance to Customers .
-Ability to define and analyze end user’s issues , and work hard to fix it
-Skilled in written and verbal communications.
-Skilled in managing time.
