*Job description:
• Creating readiness plans, programs, and initiatives that promise the continuous development of the team.
• Tracking employee trainings, certifications and development on regular basis.
• Maximizing employee engagement through helping & supporting employees on their learning paths.
• Running the needs analysis & studying the possible areas of development.
• Communicating with external trainers and preparing the training & workshop agenda, requirements & logistics.
