JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all online and offline marketing activities of the company in line with the marketing plan, aiming at;1) increasing health awareness in the served communities and targeted market segment;2) Driving flow and increasing revenue.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead strategy for online and offline content deliverable across all channels (Web content, email campaigns, banner ads)
Manage the marketing strategy and execution in line with the expansion plan
Leading the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activations with the company partners
Facilitate the company offline presence in: the clinics, at events, through sponsorship, paid content etc.
Ensure the consistent interpretation and application of the company brand personality and look/feel, while contributing strategically to the long-term vision and evolution of the brand and value proposition
Initiating new ideas to build awareness throughout the served community
Managing public relations activities (press radio, television…)
Manage digital presence, social media, SEO/M either through an agency or in house
Build relationships with marketing partners to co-brand, cross-sell and increase awareness of the company brand.
Requirements:
5 years of marketing communications experience with focus on creative management experience.
Prefer a degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
Excellent managerial skills with demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and handle day-to-day management responsibilities with positivity.
