Job description:
(1) To conduct classes in a communicative as well as comprehensive manner over the phone for adults and/or kids in accordance with the training they are to get once getting accepted.
(2) To assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback.
(3) To prepare lesson plans and activities on a daily basis.
(4) To provide clear structure for lessons maintaining pace, motivation, fun and challenge.
(5) To ensure students acquire and consolidate knowledge, skills according to the subject taught.
Qualifications:
(1) Age : 25 – 35
(2) Fluency is a must.
(3) A native-like accent.
(4) Very high language as well as communication skills.
(5) A minimum of 1 year call center experience .
(6) Ability to work under pressure and handle hard situations.
