Ingram Micro Egypt is looking for Telemarketing Specialist serves as a a telecaller to call our regional partners for annual cloud & security summit.The Telemarketing Specialist must be aware of all promotional vendor programs and assigned customer lists to engage with all pertinent teams and execute the assigned outbound calling activities as per the scope assigned (vendor surveys, greeting new customers, customer profiling).
They also liaise with internal team to confirm the registration & attendance of Partners for the event. Also responsible for post event calling to take feedback from all the partners. Regular follow up with the partners who have expressed interest.Submit weekly report on registration activities
