Job Description:

As a Secretary, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Duties:
• Answering telephone calls
• Maintaining diaries
• Arranging appointments
• Taking messages
• Typing and word processing
• Filing
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases• Prioritizing workloads

Job Requirements:
1- English language must read and write well.
2- Computer Skills , Microsoft, office , word, excel…
3- Bachelor’s degree
