A Group of Healthcare Industry located in cairo-alex is looking for Senior Designer with the following requirements:
Job description:
– Designs projects and review architectural plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
– Produce the architect’s concept into a graphic form, and involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the ideas in a graphic form and into photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.
– Work with architectural team to develop and produce concepts and graphics of projects through high quality images and presentation.
– Develop and maintain a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.
Requirements:
-Graduated from :construction management, architecture, or related .
-Experience: 7-10 Years of Experience is same field
-high level of technical knowledge, including CAD and model-making skills;
-Very good drawing skills, including perspective drawing and spatial awareness
-Very good creativity and imagination Skills
-Very Good organizational and creative problem-solving skills
