Junior accountant is urgently needed for mobile distribution company , from 1 to 2 years experience in same field, with the below requirements.
Responsibilities:
•Maintain up-to-date billing system
•Generate and send out invoices
•Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
•Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
•Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
•Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
