A Leading FMCG group is seeking for ” National Sales Manager” for Cairo office.
Job Scope:
• leading and oversees group sales share growth in Egypt.
• Manage all Direct Sales team and activities across Egypt with all Retailers.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, Business and marketing majors preferred.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in the field of FMCG “Food Production”
• Proven sales management experience
• Deep experience with wholesale distribution, business to
business marketing,
irrigation design and installation.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach
targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Fluent English
