Now hiring “Digital Producer” at MBC MASR
Responsibilities:
• Create new video content for initiatives or/ using original, licensed and repurposed library content from MBC’s lifestyle brands.
• Responsible to Direct, Shoot, Edit, Write, and produce digital video content in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in weekly editorial meetings with senior management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Senior Digital Producer to develop the overall look and feel of all video production, including development of storylines, formats, and graphics & editorial guidelines.
• Ensure all digital video’s produced are aligned with the editorial strategy & social media channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Digital Production/ Journalism from a reputable University
• Minimum of 3 years of Digital Journalist/Producer and/or marketing experience is a plus
• Strong familiarity with new and emerging video programming platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local entertainment, digital culture, lifestyle trends, Social Trends
• Strong knowledge in digital video production (shooting, editing, and directing)
• Strong Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (required) and Adobe After Effects (preferred).
• Strong fluency Arabic & English is a must
