Position: HR Generalist
Reporting to: Compensation & Benefits Manager
Supervises: None
Hours: Full time
Location: AUG Pharma Production Facility, 6th of October city
Duties, tasks & responsibilities:
– Maintaining & developing attendance & timekeeping records
– Assist in social insurance processes
– Assist in filtering CVs
– Assist in personnel function
– Coordinate all communications and requests
– Create & maintain all HR records & files
– Assist in performance appraisal processes
– Maintain staff Job Descriptions
– Maintain training cards
– Coordinating & maintaining hiring medical checkup

– Builds and maintains strong relationships with team members, other functions, strategic partners and customers
– Demonstrate knowledge of all HR functions
Minimum job requirements:
– 1-2 years’ experience at the same position
– HR diploma / certificate is preferable
– Legal background is preferable
– Strong English (written & spoken) is necessary
– Strong MS office user is necessary
