Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job description
Job Summary:
Analyze Egyptian Steel’s annual additional headcount based on business units existing manpower and forecasted business needs. Implement the defined Egyptian Steel recruitment system for HQ and Plants based on careful determination of required positional competencies through coordinating, screening, interviewing, offering and hiring the best talented caliber in the market to fill Egyptian Steel vacancies in alignment with Egyptian Steel Recruitment Policy and corporate objectives and considering its values without any kind of discrimination or misleading selection criteria.

Accountabilities/ Key Responsibilities :
Receive assigned new requisition forms from the Talent Acquisition Manager to start the recruitment and selection process to fill new open vacancies’ required.
Check the Manpower Plan to verify that the requested position does exist in the approved MPP.
Collect information and understand properly the main job requirements in order to screen the right caliber in accordance with the organization role profiles.
Search, screen and filter candidate’s resumes through Egyptian Steel recruitment various channels and prepare a shortlist of selected candidates.
Conduct CBI (Comptency Based interviews) with the selected candiadtes to fill the new opened vacancies.
Present the approved jobs offers proposals to the accepted candidates and negotiate the job offers to succeed obtaining candidates.
Prepare and issue the hiring approval for each candidate upon his job offer acceptance and refer hired candidate’s hiring documents to the Talent Acquistion Manager and the HR and Admin Director for signature.
Respond to hired candidates inquiries and send them the checklist of the needed hiring documents.
Send the new joiners list with cost centers to departments that need to take necessary actions for the promptness of the hiring process (IT, Admin and Comp and Ben).
Generate and submit progress/status reports on a monthly basis to the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure all needed requirements are monitored, updated and delivered.
Prepare New Hire Announcements (Arabic and English) for the newly joined employees on monthly basis.
Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings with the HR team to be updated and communicate with the rest of the HR functions.

Education:

Bachelor Degree of business administration or in human resources.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience.
