Needed Call center sales agent
An exciting opportunity based in Cairo to join a reputable travel agency on a full time basis.
Job Description:
• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to complete and submit an application.
• Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers.
• Enter new customer information into system.
• Update existing customer information.
• Process orders, forms and applications.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A polite and friendly manner
• Lots of initiative
• A positive attitude
• Experience of telesales/ sales or transferrable skills
** Salary: 4000 L.E
