Human Resources Officer
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management
Requirement

Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR field in UAE
Experience with higher Education Institution is a must.
Function
The Human Resources Officer plans, establishes implements and administers the human
resource management function. Their principal role is to direct all Human Resources functions
in accordance with best practices and the objectives of the college.
Human Resources Officer will report to the Head of Human Resources

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops and implement Human Resources policies throughout the college.
• Carryout day to day activities related to HR, Leaves, payroll preparation…..
• Implement recruitment procedures from advertising till new recruit starts his job.
• Oversees performance and compensation management, and the associated wage and salary administration, according to the policies of the college.
• Utilizes quality measurement techniques to ensure continuous improvement of Human Resources functions in the college.
• Directs human resources department personnel in identifying and resolving human relations and work performance issues.
• Ensures all human management functions are conducted according in an ethical and legal manner.
