Purchasing specialist is required for a Smileys group.
Responsibilities to be included but not limited to;
Lead the procurement function and oversees all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services.
Updating Price list and indicate ideal custom code.
Set the most effective payment method to reduce the cost and inform finance about the due time.
Develop and implement procurement timing strategies and action schedules; monitors their effectiveness.
Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with Vendors.
Send shipping orders to the vendors according to the best shipment terms.
Inform sales and admin of clearing goods.
Qualifications
University degree preferable in Accounting management or relevant field.
He has experience in the food industry at least a year.
