Job description
I. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Manage & coordinate the work of project architects and the balance of a multi-disciplined team throughout the entire projects development in order to carry out the engineering product (drawings & documents) needed for construction.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out Design management documents (TOR, time schedules, millstones, reports … etc).
Carry out Architectural construction documents (Drawings, BOQ’s and Specs) for buildings types and master plan items.
Prepare periodical Progress Reports and Analysis schedules to monitor works progress with External Consultants.
Coordinate projects data and reports with other Disciplines/Departments.
Manage the Preparation of all documents and drawings needed for permits and/or authorities approvals for all projects.
Supply other department (Developments, Sales, Controls … etc) with all required data.
Desired Skills and Experience
Education :BSc. of Architectural Engineering
Work Experience:15+ years of related experience
PC Knowledge: Basic: AutoCAD 2D – MS Office.
Technical skills: Management essentials, Coordination, Design Skills and Presentation skills.
Personal skills: Good leadership skills and guiding abilities, Ability to work in team oriented environment.
Special requirements: Ability to work effeciently under pressure
