We are in search for dynamic and organized Customer Service Representative who is eager to learn and develop within our company who possess excellent communication skills and team work spirit .This position is located in Cairo, Head Office, and will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
Job description

Handling customer orders by processing it on system to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction
Coordinating with all relevant Operations/ Sales department by close communication; to communicate expected delivery dates to our customers
Handling Intercompany orders; by communicating and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure feedback and deliveries are per-requested
Handling customer invoices, credit status and Making required invoices adjustments and corrections; to ensure customers are only billed with correct values/volumes
Handling all requests for returned goods by processing/coordination to ensure returned goods incidents are recorded and fulfilled

Qualifications

Fluent English & Arabic Speaker is a must
1 – 3 Years of relevant experience (within Supply Chain is preferable)
Bachelor Degree

Education field

Administration / Management
Education title: Bachelor

Education level

College / University, Bachelor’s degree
