About the Job:
– Adding, updating Database upon the company strategy & regulations.
– Maintaining high level of accuracy.
– Support online products by Maps & Geo-codes.
– Keeps high level of product & service knowledge.
– Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
– Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
– Support online platforms by images
– Maintain partnerships by ensuring a high service level as a content provider.
Job Requirements:
– V.good English spoken/ written
– Maximum age 30 years
– Detail oriented & high concentration level
– Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high volume of service, along with a high quality of work
– Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
– Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
– Ability to learn and navigate new tasks quickly
– Ability to work independently
– Desire to work in fast paced, highly dynamic environment
Job conditions:
– Fixed morning hours
– Friday and Saturday are vacations
– The company located in Maadi
