Customer Service at Spinneys Egypt
• To manage customer queries effectively.
• Effectively manage float and handle customers’ requests and complaints and communicate to related department.
• Ensure following the customer service process.

• Deals with refunds efficiently and effectively.
• Emphasize on replacement.
• Follow spinneys policy and procedures.
• Ensure returned product are eligible to return policy.
• Ensure cash is handled in a smooth effective manner.
• Confirm with customer service supervisor administrative tasks to be done.

Qualifications

• University graduate/ Bachelor degree.

Car owner Any
Experience 1 – 2 Years.
Other Skills
• Computer literate (ICDL preferable).
• Team player and able to work under stress.
• Attentive and friendly.
• Flexible and able to work on shift basis.
