Qualifications required:
* Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
* Excellent MS office & Internet skills.
* 1 year experience at least.
* Quick learner, Creative thinking, problem solver, can work efficiently in a team and under pressure.
Job duties:
* Supporting customers issues and complaints.
* Receiving customers requests and suggestions.
* Answering landlines calls and
* Confirming customers orders.
* Enhancing merchant relations by supporting them .
* Sending merchant comments, suggestions and requests to management.
* Preparing daily orders to delivery companies.
* Sending customers comments, needs, suggestions to management.
