Key Responsibilites:
– Recieve inbound calls.
– Book orders for customers
– Handle customers according to the process.
– Handle the daily tasks.
– Make outbound call
Job Requirements:
– Very good in English.
– Good communication skills.
– Good in Microsoft office.
– Team players.
– Must be Graduated
– Have experience in customer service from 1-3 years ( X call centers is preferred )
– Males only.
Work Conditions:
– 8 working hours rotational shifts ( last shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
– 5 working days & 2 days off
– Work Location : Almaza – Heliopolis – Cairo
