Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
• Follow up all administrative tasks which including scheduling, emailing, scanning, faxing, answering questions, and requests.
• Prepare, Open and distribute correspondence which including faxes and email.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

• Answer phone calls and greeting the visitors.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area.
• Maintaining office filing systems.
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
• Following task given by the manager to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
• BA degree (preferably business administration or related degree)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Very Good command of English
• Excellent with MS Office
• Well-organized
• Self-motivated
• Excellent time management skills
• Good work ethics and excellent phone manners
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn
• Ability to multi-tasks
