Position : Occupational Health Specialist .

Requirements :-
• Doctor of medicine MBBH with master degree in Occupational Health Or Master degree in Epidemiology or Health and Science
• At least 5 years practice
• Very good Knowledge of English language
• Very good ability to handle computer software and making presentations
• Work environment 50% in the Field (Power plants and workshops) some are in remote areas.
• Valid driving license
Job Description:-
• Management and implementation of the Occupational Health Services in the area assigned to .
• Carryout sites inspections ,measurements ,sampling and analysis and evaluates the implementation of occupational health programs.
• Create ways to keep workers and the general public safe from harm.
• Investigate complaints.
• Reduce absenteeism .
• Prevent government fines.
• Conduct occupational Health surveys and inspections.
• Design programs to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
• Search for and identify biological, chemical, and radiological hazards.( Risk assessments)
• Advise workers on proper lifting techniques.
• Inform an organization’s management of areas not compliant to the Occupational Health regulations.
• Advise management on the cost and effectiveness of safety and health programs.
• Devise and implement health programs.
• Provide training on new regulations.
• Demonstrate how to recognize hazards.
• Develop methods to predict hazards.
• Uncover patterns in injury data.
• Evaluate the probability and severity of accidents.
• Write accident reports.
• Fitness programs
• Monitor0 Hearing conservation programs
• Train employees on First Aid courses
• Organizing the Periodical Occupational Medical examination
• Participate in health awareness programs for work related health hazards and health welfare of employees and their families
• Meeting with workers and safety representative and site manager
