– Technical Facilities Engineer – MBC Masr
Duties:
•Prepare preventive maintenance plan according to the assets.
•Supervise all preventive maintenance operations as per the plan, cost & deadlines of the time.
•Supervise outside contractors for all electromechanical works in the building as per the agreed cost, plan & deadlines of the time.
•Develop drawings and proposal requirements when equipment, system upgrades or repairs are required.
•Responsible for the preventative maintenance of equipment and systems and will respond to trouble calls and requests.
•Diagnosing breakdown problems and carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
•Liaising with other related departments for new requirements and contract rewarded vendors.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
-Minimum 5 – 8 years in facilities management experience

– Senior Accountant – MBC Masr
Responsibilities:
•Supervises and fully trains new joiners on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and AGIS modules
•Responsible of Validates all accounts Payable invoices, and cash transactions
•Handles payroll related other payments, and review calculation (i.e. salaries tax, social insurance and labor emergency fund)
•Reconciles Suppliers balance, and ensures duly settlement of prepayment
•Handles General Ledger entries including accruals, LGs, interbank transfers
•Helps preparing accounts Payable documents for external auditors, and answering their queries
Requirements:
-Experience 5 – 8 years of experience in account payable
-A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in accounting. -Certified Public Account (CPA) designation is preferable
