Customer Service Representative
Job Description
– Handle customer inquiries over the phone, by email, social media, live chat & face to face.
– Research required information using available resources.

– Manage and resolve customer complaints.
– Provide customers with product and service information.
– Identify and escalate priority issues.
– Route calls to appropriate resource.
– Follow up customer calls where necessary.
– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
– Complete call logs.

– Very Good verbal and written communication skills.
– Very Good listening skills.
– Very Good problem analysis and problem solving.
– Customer service orientated.
– Can Work on shift basis.
– Very Good organizational skills.
– Attention to details.
– Judgment.
– Very Good computer skills.
– Excellent English Language.
– 0 – 2 Years’ Experience.
