College degree in business, communication or related field or equivalent work experience.
2-10 years of inside sales experience, indistrial inside sales preferred.
Demonstrated success in growing and developing a sales territory.
Solid understanding of direct selling concepts.
Must be comfortable at Outbound Calls. This is not a Customer Service role
Basic computer skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
