Charging Engineer required to work in Ericsson
Responsibilities & Tasks :
•4+ years of experience in charging system domain
•2nd Level ( Assurance Support Activities, Incident Management,
Level Billing Operations)
•Strong knowledge in CS 6 and CS17 SDP/AIR/AF business configuration development, testing and troubleshooting.
•Basic knowledge in CCN/OCC business configuration
•Strong SDP RMA knowledge
•Strong knowledge in CS6/CS17 Architecture, administration and troubleshooting
•Good Knowledge of Solaris/UNIX/Linux OS
•Should have good knowledge & understanding of Support Processes.
•Good knowledge of SQL
•Scripting skills
•Good knowledge of monitoring systems and various protocols
