Job Summary:
The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for managing a retail staff within a business, and contributing to the successful operation of the store and implementation of strategies. Achieve superior customer service standards set by the store.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree from a Reputable University ( English sections graduates are Preferable)
* + 2 years experience in reputable retail brand.
* Advanced experience in team supervision / management to include training and staff development.
* Excellent command of both spoken & written English
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Ability to persuade and influence others.
* Nationality: Egyptian
* Gender: Female
