Job Description:
– Assists marketing team with brainstorming, marketing, and advertising strategies.
– Manages social media accounts.
– Coordinates in managing events deliverables, schedules, and budgets, drives and refines communications to ensure quality effectiveness.
– Coordinates in handling the production of promotional materials.
– Maintains the inventory management.
– Coordinates in the production of detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
