Job Description:- Meet and liaise with clients to identify their training needs.
-Experience in the same field
-Answer all customer inquires during calls.
– Circulate offers developed by CRM to contacts
– Prepare & submit required reports on its due time
– Adhere to regulations and any requests as per the management
Qualifications:- Good Excellent English skills (speaking & Writing)
-Experience in telesales or customer services
-Good knowledge in Microsoft office
