Job Duties:
1- Calling Customers in order to clarify any thing they’re asking about.
2- Following up with new customers, old ones and potentials.
3- Developing healthy relationship between our center and our customers.
4- Reporting daily activities and progress.
5- Following up with the existing attendees in our courses/diplomas about their feedback and concerns for the coming courses/diplomas or events and the current ones too.
6- Building customer list from outside our Social media Network.
Conditions:
a- Excellent in English “Speaking & Writing”.
b- 2 to 3 years of experience and preferred to be in the same field of our Business.
c- Abel to work under stress.
d- Deadline oriented/understanding.
e- Time importance understanding.
f- Flexible with the working hours range.
g- 8 working hours/ 6 days a week.
h- Excellent in office, excel and power point.
i- familiar with google search and Facebook pages.
