A hotel manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff, Planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping and all hospitality and reception.
the manager must also pay attention to the details and planning ahead to maximize profits to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests needs and expectations.

Responsibility
1 – planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services
2 – – promoting and marketing the business
3- -managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
4-Set targets and profit service and work to achieve them
5- analysing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies.
6-recruiting, training and monitoring staff
7–planning work schedules for individuals and teams
8 – -dealing with customer complaints and comments
9- -addressing problems and troubleshooting
10–ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
11 –supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
12- – Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business
13- Taking active role in increasing the number of room sales in the hotel
14 – carrying out inspections of property and services;
15 – ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Experience
A minimum of fifteen year’s experience in hotel or hospitality industry –
Education
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in institutions management, hospitality services, foods and nutrition, business administration or other related field
