Job Description:
Search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria. Build a pool of candidates. Support the recruitment function by screening and making short list. Coordinate HR & Technical interviews with the relevant managers. Follow up employee’s social Insurance. Ensure that employee’s files and records are maintained in accordance Company policies and procedures. Organize and conduct training programs. Provide miscellaneous letters and memos as requested.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of MS office. Knowledge of Archiving System. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Very effective organizational skills. Time management skills. Be hard worker, flexible and reliable. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration field or equivalent.
Gender: Male
Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in the same field.
