The job functions are split 50/50 between general accounting and IT website maintenance and operational administration tasks. The general accounting tasks include the performance of the monthly accounting close, forecasting and budgeting. In addition, must understand the operational workings of the company to provide insights into any financial fluctuations. The other function involves handling website maintenance; sales ordering system updates; handle setting up classroom logistics and customer service to assist users with system access issues.
