Location: Cairo “Shoubra Elkhema”
**Job Description:
– Welcoming the customers
– Handling the customers’ complaints
– Registering all data on the System ( customer data and mobile data)
– Complaint analysis
– Troubleshooting
– Contacting with the maintenance department
– Delivering the mobile to the customer after being fixed
– Contacting with the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
– Receiving money from the customers
– Contacting with the financial department to finalize all financial cases
– Reporting to the direct manager
**Job Requirements:-
• FEMALES ONLY
• Bachelor’s Degree is a must
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Max Age: 26
