Lychee is looking for Personnel supervisor with the below Criteria;
· Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
· Administer employee discipline processes
· Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
· Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
· Assist in pay roll preparation
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
Administer HR policies and procedures
Review and update employee rules and regulation
Location: new Cairo
