What we offer
Manage credit/debit notes, rebates and commissions Handle claims initiated by the Front Office & the Finance Department Fulfill all the administrative tasks related to manual order entry Propose process efficiency and enhancement Use the ticketing system/email to register and manage all cases Support the Cairo Shared Service Center (SSC) priorities
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration with a focus in Finance, or any relevant field 0-2 years of experience Fluency in English & French is a must Ability to work on Fridays; flexibility is a must Efficient user of Microsoft Office Applications Experience in using SAP would be a plus
