Description : Purpose: Ensure that the company Payroll issues including, deductions, benefits, any disciplinary actions are in line with the country labor, social insurance and income tax laws. Accountabilities:  Review finger print, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.  Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.  Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.  Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers. Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.  Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.  Compile employee time, and payroll data from time sheets and other records. according to companys policy. -Manage medical and life insurance processes and its claims with all employees (Surgeries, visiting doctors, medicines….etc). -Present reports to the management to ensure their full awareness of the process (department) detailed performance and objective achievement. -Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility
Qualifications : Knowledge, Skills & Experience -University degree -2-3 years of related experience -Very good English written & spoken -Excellent interpersonal skills -Excellent computer skills -Excellent organization and communication skills
